Hey everyone! In today’s video, I’m excited to share an update on my journey as an optometrist and content creator. It’s been a busy few months, and I want to take you along for the ride as I balance my professional and personal life.

From volunteering with the American Optometric Association to hosting my podcast, “Eye Give a Damn,” and creating educational videos for doctors on EyeTube.net, there’s never a dull moment. I’m also committed to my YouTube channel, where I strive to bring you valuable content while still seeing patients in the clinic.

In this video, I’ll be honest about the challenges I face, including work-life balance, mental health struggles, self-criticism, and perfectionism. It’s not always easy, but my passion for public education and creating helpful content keeps me going.
