This Is Not A Paella! Seafood and Chorizo Rice

I’m going to show you my version of a seafood and chorizo rice dish with just a few ingredients and lots of flavor.
It’s an easy recipe to make in a regular pan, serving 6 people.

👩‍🍳 Ingredients for 6 people:
1 lb short grain rice
2 lb mussels
1 lb cooked shrimp
4 oz chorizo
½ tsp salt
2 carrots
10 oz tomatoes
1 bell pepper
2 onions
5 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
A little parsley
1 tbsp paprika powder
½ tsp yellow coloring (optional)
⅓ cup olive oil
