I moved back home, to the U.S. for a fresh start, keeping my mind clear is the best practice. False News, media stressing everyone out, the negativity—it’s everywhere. Finding peace isn’t about ignoring reality; it’s about not letting the chaos and doubt own me. When my mind’s clear, I can focus, create, and actually make a difference.
More cooking and soon some traveling to come, thanks for bearing with me during the move transition. And thank you for all the kind and caring comments on our transition home.
