1 cup (#glutenfree) dry oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 scoops chocolate protein (whey or vegan)
— If using vegan, add more tablespoons of plant milk as needed
2 scoops collagen * (or just add 1 more scoop protein)
2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Wet
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk (or plant milk)
3oz chilled espresso shot
1/4 cup cold brew or coffee
2 tbsp tahini (or nut butter)
