In this video, I’ll show you how to make a quick and delicious Stir-Fried Tom Yum Kung — a dry version of the famous Thai shrimp soup, bursting with bold and balanced flavors.

👩🍳 Ingredients for 4 people
7 oz raw shrimp
7 oz peeled mussels
7 oz scallops
10 oz squid
1 tbsp paprika
1 lemongrass
10 kaffir lime leaves
2 onions
4 garlic cloves
2 oz Thai basil
1 sweet or hot chili pepper
5 oz shimeji mushrooms (or white muishrooms)
½ tsp ground pepper
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Tom Yum Seasoning Sauce:
1 tbsp ready-made prik pao paste
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
