Strengthen, engage, and support your body from the inside out with this gentle yet effective Pelvic Floor Workout using a simple hand towel! 💙 Whether you’re looking to rebuild core strength, improve bladder control, or support posture and pelvic alignment, this routine will help you feel more confident and connected.
In this session, we’ll use the towel as a prop to increase body awareness, improve activation of your deep core and pelvic floor muscles, and guide you through safe, mindful movement that supports long-term pelvic health.
