Easy Moo Shu Chicken at Home Quick and Tasty Cabbage Stir-Fry

Moo Shu Chicken is easy to make at home, another version of chicken cabbage stir-fry with addition of eggs and mushrooms. The ingredients are so simple which everyone can find. Follow my video to serve Moo Shu chicken with rolls. Shall we call it Chinese taco? Please try. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, over 5 oz and sliced into strips
1/3 of one head of cabbage, cut into strips
1 carrot, cut into strips
3 or 4 Bella or other mushrooms, cut into strips
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
5 cloves garlic, chopped
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Salt
White pepper powder
dark soy sauce
light soy sauce
oyster sauce
ShaoXing cooking wine
hoisin sauce
Avocado or vegetable oil
sesame oil

Written recipe for Moo Shu Chicken:

1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil on high heat in a wok or pan, and make scrambled eggs. seconds. Set aside.
2. Add 1 tbsp oil, and stir fry chicken about a few minutes. Add ginger and garlic, and stir together. Set aside.
3. Add a bit more oil and rest of the garlic. Stir fry vegetables for a few minutes till they are tender.
4. Combine with chicken and eggs, and stir.
5. Add the sauce and mix together. Drizzle some sesame oil.
