I’m going to show you how to make a chicken and pineapple stir-fry dish at home, with delicious sweet and sour flavors.
The marinated chicken is tender and very flavorful. It cooks quickly over high heat. And we use a fresh pineapple for great flavors and textures.
I’ll also show you how to cut it, Lao-style.

1 lb chicken thighs
¼ tsp salt
ground pepper
½ tbsp Shaoxing cooking wine
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 pineapple

1 tbsp grated ginger
1 onion
1 spring onion
¼ tsp salt
ground pepper
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp + ½ tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
3 tbsp vegetable oil
