CHICKEN AND ZUCCHINI WOK STIR FRY 鸡肉西葫芦炒菜食谱

1 whole zucchini (or other vegetable)
1/2 to 1 red pepper sliced
1/2 to 1 sliced onion
3 tablespoons peanut oil (or other cooking oil)
1 tablespoon or more sliced ginger
1 tablespoon or more chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
2 to 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons Chinese oyster sauce

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat a wok or frying pan at medium to medium high heat. Add cooking oil, sliced ginger and chopped garlic. Stir fry for 15 seconds. Add sliced onions and stir fry briefly. Add chicken and sear for 30 seconds. Add red pepper and continue to stir fry. Add light soy sauce and Chinese oyster sauce, Do final stir fry. Enjoy!
