Oaty Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2½ cups rolled oats
2 ripe bananas
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
⅓ cup chocolate chips

Directions:
In a food processor, pulse the oats for 10 seconds and set aside.
Add the bananas to the food processor, blend and then add the remixing ingredients including the oats. Pulse to combine. Then pulse in chocolate chips.
Scoop 1½ tablespoons of batter onto lined baking sheet and lightly flatten and bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes and let cook on pan for another 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack.

Easy Creamy Hummus
Ingredients:
1⁄4 cup tahini
2 cloves garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1 can (540 mL) chickpeas
3-4 ice cubes
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

Sour Cherry Gummy Animals
Ingredients:
½ cup cold water
3 tablespoons grass-fed beef gelatin
1 cup 100% pure tart cherry juice
¼ cup lemon juice (roughly 1 lemon juiced)
2 tablespoons honey

Directions:
Mix ingredients together in a bowl and sprinkle gelatin powder over top and let sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
Warm on low on the stove just until everything melts and is liquid again.
Transfer mixture to mold and chill in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
