Today, we are learning a pranayama technique called Balloon Breath! Float into calm with this gentle and effective breathing exercise designed to help you ground, relax, and connect with your body. In this 10-minute session, I’ll guide you through the Balloon Breath technique– a simple practice that uses the power of visualization and diaphragmatic breathing to release tension and invite a sense of relaxation. (Reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus, and strengthen the diaphragm!)

I started teaching Balloon Breath as a young yoga instructor and love how accessible it is for all ages. Perfect for beginners, kids, or anyone looking to reset and find their center, this practice can be done anytime, anywhere. Whether you’re starting your day, winding down, or simply in need of a mindful pause, this video offers a breath of fresh air for your mind and body.
