Ingredients:
1/2 lb shrimp, shelled and deveined; season with a bit salt
6 Napa cabbage leaves, sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
1 stalk celery, sliced
A handful of bean sprouts
5 cloves garlic, sliced
Salt
Avocado or vegetable oil
Starch
Wonton wrappers ( or packaged fried noodles)

To make the fried noodles:
Cut the wonton wrappers into strips. Spray oil on them. Air fry on 350° F for about 4 minutes.

Written recipe for Shrimp Chow Mein:

1. Heat up the oil to medium high, and sauté a few slices of garlic.
2. Stir fry shrimp about 3 minutes or till they are pink. Set aside.
3. Add more oil and rest of the garlic, and stir fry onion for about 30 seconds.
4. Add Napa cabbage and cook about 5 to 7 minutes or to your own liking.
5. Combine with celery and bean sprouts. Add salt to taste. Cook about 1 minute.
6. Add shrimp back and stir together.
7. Finish with the slurry and mix well. For more sauce, add some water. Serve!
