Despite what I excitedly say in the intro, there is no core finisher in this routine but there is a quick finisher comprised of each of the main circuit moves (my brain was really dedicated to a core finisher). The rebounder exercises are straightforward and easily modifiable for you to determine just how much of a heart rate spike you want from this cardio workout.
