New Program! FB Shift – Why is it 6 Weeks Long?

Exciting news! We have a new program coming out soon and it’s 6 weeks long! This program was designed for anyone experiencing physical and mental changes associated with perimenopause and menopause but is also beneficial to anyone looking for a training reset.
Why 6 weeks? We extend the microcycle (shortest phase of training) from 7 days to 10-11 days in this program to allow for more active recovery, rest, and mobility training between challenging bouts of exercise. Work hard, recover hard, and collect your own data points to determine which small programming tweaks and mental shifts work best for you! Remember – when you’re feeling out of sorts with your training regimen, small, incremental shifts are key.
