Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort Wellness Residency | Day 5 🌴✨
Started the morning leading a 5K walk + stretch 🌞💪 before cooling off in the gorgeous Sheraton pools 🏖️. Nothing beats moving your body with the ocean breeze!

After a fresh juice + buffet breakfast at Island 619 🥭🍍, I set off for a half-day trip to Mala Mala Beach Club. Taking ferry rides across turquoise water, snorkeling with rainbow fish 🐠, an infinity pool overlooking paradise, and even a massage right on the beach while listening to the waves 🌊💆‍♀️… pure bliss!

I ended the evening with Fijian Night at Island 619 — complete with sunset views 🌅, fire dancers, and tasting cultural favorites like lovo, kokoda, grilled mahi, and of course… kava! 🌺🔥

Grateful for another day filled with movement, adventure, nourishment, and connection. Fiji, you’ve captured my heart 💖🇫🇯 Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort
