👩‍🍳 Ingredients serves 4
10 oz dried noodles
6 eggs
1 onion
1 carrot
5 oz bean sprouts
1 leek
5 oz mushrooms
1 sweet or hot chili
4 spring onions (scallions)
0.5 oz cilantro
5 garlic cloves
1 tbsp grated ginger
½ tsp ground pepper
4 tbsp vegetable oil

Seasoning sauce:
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar

Dipping sauce:
1 garlic clove
a small piece of mild or hot chili pepper
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp sugar
2 tbsp white rice vinegar
2 tbsp water
