TIPS FOR DAILY WOK CLEANING
– Use a bamboo brush or other brush
– Usually only water required to clean carbon steel woks
– Mild dishwashing liquid can be used to remove sticky sauces
– Dishwashing liquid will not harm wok surface
– Dry surface after every wok use
– Seal wok surface after every use with cooking oil
