Ditch shop-bought wraps… make these 4-ingredient spinach ones instead

🤔 What happens when you turn spinach into a wrap? You’ll be surprised…
🛒 The thing is, most supermarket wraps are ultra-processed, often containing stabilisers, preservatives and a whole list of extras we really don’t need. That’s why I wanted to test out some of these viral wrap recipes you see online — to see if they’re genuinely worth trying, or just another food fad.
🥬 These wraps are a total winner! Just three simple ingredients, incredibly versatile, and so easy to make. They’re definitely staying in my batch-cooking rotation.
Ingredients
100g oats
50g spinach
200g water
½ tsp salt
Olive oil, for frying
Method
1. Gather and prepare your ingredients.
2. Place the oats into a blender and blend until you have a flour-like consistency.
3. Add the spinach, water and salt and blend again until you have a smooth batter.
4. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
5. Pour in the batter and gently swirl it around the pan or use the back of a spoon, until you have a wide flat surface. (I used a US ½ cup measure for this to ensure even wraps).
6. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Repeat until you have used up all of the batter.
