The high-protein, high-fibre salads I eat for better gut health

A big salad is one of my favourite ways to support my gut and get lots of colourful plants into one meal. But most salad recipes are more like side dishes: low in protein, low in fibre and not filling enough.

I’m showing you the Doctor’s Kitchen method for building a big, nutrient-dense salad you’ll look forward to!
I made a few swaps because that’s how I cook. Use what you have and make it work for you.
* Quinoa instead of bulgur wheat
* A can of chickpeas for extra fibre and plant protein
* Hazelnuts for crunch and healthy fats
Two very different salads, one simple formula you can use again and again.
