🥣 Prepping high-protein breakfasts ahead of time is one less stress during busy weeks!

Overnight oats are my secret go-to for a stress free morning. This cacao and prune version is one of my favourites. Just mix, pop it in the fridge, and add your toppings in the morning!

Instead of just oats, I like to add:
✔️ Flax, hemp and chia seeds for plant protein, fibre and anti-inflammatory polyphenols
✔️ Unsweetened cacao powder for extra protein and cocoa flavanols
✔️ A good quality, unflavoured protein powder to help me hit my daily target, but it’s optional
