I shared a rainbow coconut sprinkles recipe last month and it went VIRAL! 🤯 My kids love these sprinkles and I decided to make a chocolate-only version as well which spoiler alert I like even more!😋

🍫🍦🥥 Chocolate Coconut Sprinkles
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tsp unsweetened Cocoa powder
2 tsp water
1/2 tsp coconut oil
Optional: 4-8 drops liquid stevia or 1/8 tsp vanilla extract for flavour
📝 Preheat the oven to lowest setting (175°F of lower). If your oven doesn’t go that low, prop the door open slightly with a wooden spoon and use “fan off” setting.
In small bowl, combine coconut, coconut oil, water and cocoa powder; mix throughly until evenly coated. Let sit for a minute to absorb.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone mat. Spread thin, even layer of coconut. Break up any clumps with fork.
Place in the oven for 30-60 minutes until fully dried. Stir every 20 minutes with a fork to ensure even drying and break up clumps. Check frequently near end. They’re done when fully dry and crisp. Do not let them brown or burn.
Remove from the oven; let cool completely on tray. Store in airtight jar or container at room temperature 4-6 weeks. Enjoy 😊
